QUICK AND EASY EASTER TREATS

Happy Easter everyone! I hope you are all having an amazing weekend and not feeling too sick or overloaded with chocolate!

Here's a quick and easy recipe to make chocolate cornflake cakes in just under 10 minutes.

You will need...

• 250g plain chocolate
• 50g butter
• 75g cornflakes
• 1 bag of cadburys mini eggs
• 2 tablespoons of golden syrup

Method

First start by lining a tin with cake cases.
Then melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a bowl over simmering hot water. Stir until everything has melted.
Fold in the cornflakes until all the cereal is coated in the chocolate.
Place the mixture evenly in the cake cases and place 3 mini eggs on the top of each nest. 
Leave to set in the fridge for an hour.

I had such fun making these. Licking the chocolate off the bowl at the end is definitely the best part! I hope you have as much fun making these as I did.
